I booked a reflexology treatment with Claire following a demanding twin pregnancy and birth, I felt constantly drained and lacking in energy and looking after two babies and also had the prospect of having to return to work. I wasn't sure what to expect but Claire immediately put me at ease and after my first session I was literally skipping down the road as I felt so much brighter and energetic. I wanted to let you know how effective my maternity reflexology sessions were. Apart from being thoroughly relaxing, I really felt that my last session at 40 weeks helped encourage my labour which saved me from being medically induced. I felt my tummy tightening during the session and my contractions started the next day. The following day my beautiful baby son was born! A big thank you!!

For the past 5 years I have suffered from debilitating pain in my neck, shoulders and back due to degenerative disc disease in my spine. I have to take a lot of medication for pain relief and this leaves me chronically constipated. I have had numerous reflexology sessions with Claire and I can say that she is completely professional in every way. The environment she provides is very calm and relaxing, she takes care to carry out a full verbal consultation at the start of every treatment and throughout the session she provides total reassurance. There is no doubt that the reflexology has helped with my physical pain but it also gives you a wonderful sense of wellbeing after, which lasts for several days.
